Trix and Robert Haussmann, respectively born in 1931 and 1933, are among the most important Swiss architects of the 20th century.
Together they produced a variety of works ranging from architecture to interior design and relating to an aesthetic of rebellion against Bauhaus principles to embrace the doctrines of the Memphis Group, in a fusion of popular culture and 16th century Mannerism.
