Italo Lupi, born in Cagliari in 1934, graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan and he is member of AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale) and HonRDI (Honorary Royal Designer).
Art director of DOMUS magazine for six years, he is now editor and art director of ABITARE. He has been awarded the prize Compasso d'Oro in 1998 for Graphic Design and the prize Pen Club/Fedrigoni for the best editorial graphic in 2001.
